- 1 whole head of roasted garlic
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup feta cheese

Instructions
- Roast the garlic until soft. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice off the top of the garlic head, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 30-40 minutes.
- Combine roasted garlic, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and feta cheese in a mixing bowl. Squeeze the roasted garlic into the bowl.
- Blend until creamy and smooth. Use an immersion or regular blender until the mixture is free of lumps.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Add more lemon juice, salt, or pepper if desired.
- Top the dip with fresh herbs before serving. Use parsley, dill, or thyme for additional flavor.
- Serve with an arrangement of colorful veggies and crackers around the dip for dipping.
