Description

A refreshing summer salad featuring sweet watermelon, creamy feta, and fresh mint.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by washing the watermelon, removing the rind, and cubing it.
  2. Mix the salad by combining watermelon, mint, and feta in a large bowl.
  3. Add the dressing by drizzling olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad mixture.
  4. Toss gently using a large spoon to coat the ingredients.
  5. Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
