Ingredients

- 4 cups watermelon, cubed
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped

Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by washing the watermelon, removing the rind, and cubing it.
- Mix the salad by combining watermelon, mint, and feta in a large bowl.
- Add the dressing by drizzling olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad mixture.
