Instructions
- Begin by taking each slice of bread and flattening it out with a rolling pin.
- Spread a generous amount of cream cheese on each slice of the flattened bread.
- Place sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese.
- Carefully roll each slice of bread tightly from one end to the other.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil.
- Dip each roll-up in the egg mixture, ensuring it’s well coated.
- Place the roll-ups seam-side down in the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Serve the roll-ups warm, dusted with powdered sugar and drizzled with maple syrup.
