  • Diet: Vegetarian

Description

Delicious and nutritious protein-packed bites, perfect for a snack or post-workout treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, begin by adding the almond flour, vanilla protein powder, and freeze-dried strawberries. Use a spatula or spoon to mix these dry ingredients together until well blended.
  2. Add Wet Ingredients: Next, add the honey (or maple syrup), cream cheese (or Greek yogurt), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the bowl.
  3. Mix Together: Stir the mixture until a sticky dough forms. If the dough feels too dry, you can adjust the consistency by adding a bit more honey or yogurt until it comes together nicely.
  4. Shape into Balls: Once your dough is ready, take small portions and roll them into 1-inch balls using your hands.
  5. Chill: Place the rolled balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Put the baking sheet in the refrigerator and let the protein balls chill for at least 30 minutes to set.
  6. Enjoy: After chilling, your Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Balls are ready to enjoy!

Notes

Store protein balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. They can also be frozen for longer storage.
