Description
Delicious and nutritious protein-packed bites, perfect for a snack or post-workout treat.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup cream cheese or Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, begin by adding the almond flour, vanilla protein powder, and freeze-dried strawberries. Use a spatula or spoon to mix these dry ingredients together until well blended.
- Add Wet Ingredients: Next, add the honey (or maple syrup), cream cheese (or Greek yogurt), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the bowl.
- Mix Together: Stir the mixture until a sticky dough forms. If the dough feels too dry, you can adjust the consistency by adding a bit more honey or yogurt until it comes together nicely.
- Shape into Balls: Once your dough is ready, take small portions and roll them into 1-inch balls using your hands.
- Chill: Place the rolled balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Put the baking sheet in the refrigerator and let the protein balls chill for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Enjoy: After chilling, your Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Balls are ready to enjoy!
Notes
