Description
A delightful appetizer combining sweet peaches and creamy burrata cheese atop crispy toasted baguette slices, drizzled with honey and balsamic glaze.

- 1 large baguette, sliced 1/2-inch thick
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 2 ripe peaches
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- Flaky salt, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the baguette by slicing it into 1/2-inch thick pieces.
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the baguette slices.
- Toast the bread for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Prepare the peaches by washing and slicing them into thin wedges.
- Prepare the burrata cheese by tearing it into bite-size pieces.
- Increase the oven temperature to broil and place the crostini on the top rack for 2 minutes.
- Assemble the crostini with burrata, peach slices, and torn basil leaves.
- Add honey and balsamic glaze, then sprinkle with flaky salt before serving.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature. Best enjoyed fresh out of the oven.
