Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (optional)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Breadcrumbs for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix in a large bowl the cooked rice, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth.
- Add the shredded cheese and frozen mixed vegetables.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top if desired.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
