Description

A light and zesty Lemon Grilled Salmon recipe that’s perfect for summer barbecues and weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons dill, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the lemon juice, minced garlic, melted butter, chopped dill, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in the marinade and coat them thoroughly.
  4. Allow the salmon to marinate for about 15 minutes.
  5. Once marinated, place the salmon fillets on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side.
  6. Remove from the grill and serve immediately, optionally drizzled with leftover garlic butter.

Notes

Serve with rice or a fresh salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
