A light and zesty Lemon Grilled Salmon recipe that’s perfect for summer barbecues and weeknight dinners.

- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons dill, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the lemon juice, minced garlic, melted butter, chopped dill, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets in the marinade and coat them thoroughly.
- Allow the salmon to marinate for about 15 minutes.
- Once marinated, place the salmon fillets on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side.
- Remove from the grill and serve immediately, optionally drizzled with leftover garlic butter.
Notes
Serve with rice or a fresh salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
