- 2 tablespoons Spicy honey
- 2 Sweet potatoes, cubed
- 1 Avocado, sliced
- 1 cup Quinoa

Instructions
- Preheat the grill or a grill pan.
- Cut the sweet potatoes into cubes, toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and roast until tender.
- Cook quinoa according to package instructions.
- Grill the halloumi slices until golden brown on both sides.
- Drizzle grilled halloumi with spicy honey.
- In a bowl, layer roasted sweet potatoes, cooked quinoa, sliced avocado, and grilled halloumi.
- Drizzle more hot honey on top if desired and serve.
