- 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain, thick)
- 0.25 cup peanut butter (natural)
- 0.25 cup dark chocolate (melted)
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until well incorporated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the yogurt mixture evenly to form a layer about 1/2 inch thick.
- Melt the peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth, then drizzle over the yogurt layer.
- Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle it on top as well.
- Swirl the peanut butter and chocolate into the yogurt gently, being careful not to mix completely.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let it sit until firm, about 120-180 minutes.
- Break the frozen bark into pieces and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
For a delightful breakfast option, crumble pieces over oatmeal or granola. To keep fresh, use wax paper between layers in storage.
