Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Prepare the salmon fillets by brushing them with olive oil and pressing them into the Parmesan mixture to coat both sides.
- Arrange the coated salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For a thicker crust, double dip the salmon in olive oil and then the Parmesan mixture before baking.
