Description

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Prepare the salmon fillets by brushing them with olive oil and pressing them into the Parmesan mixture to coat both sides.
  4. Arrange the coated salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For a thicker crust, double dip the salmon in olive oil and then the Parmesan mixture before baking.
