Instructions
- Combine dry ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix wet ingredients: In another bowl, combine the milk, egg, and melted butter. Mix until well blended.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients: Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until combined.
- Heat the skillet: Place a non-stick skillet over medium heat and grease lightly.
- Cook the pancakes: Scoop 1/4 cup batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form, about 2-3 minutes.
- Flip and finish cooking: Flip pancakes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
