Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Cooking spray or additional butter for the pan

Instructions

  1. Combine dry ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Mix wet ingredients: In another bowl, combine the milk, egg, and melted butter. Mix until well blended.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients: Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until combined.
  4. Heat the skillet: Place a non-stick skillet over medium heat and grease lightly.
  5. Cook the pancakes: Scoop 1/4 cup batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Flip and finish cooking: Flip pancakes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve: Enjoy warm with your choice of toppings.

Notes
