Instructions
- Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat.

- Add vegetable broth and milk gradually while whisking.
- Add the broccoli florets and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Cook for about 10-15 minutes or until tender.
- Blend for smoothness if desired.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
