- Pinch of salt
- Blueberry sauce (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
- Layer the torn croissants evenly in the greased baking dish.
- Spoon the softened cream cheese over the croissant layer, then sprinkle the blueberries on top.
