  • 6 buttery croissants, torn into pieces
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Blueberry sauce (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
  3. Layer the torn croissants evenly in the greased baking dish.
  4. Spoon the softened cream cheese over the croissant layer, then sprinkle the blueberries on top.
  5. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the croissant and blueberry layers.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
