Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a muffin tin by greasing it or lining with muffin liners.
  3. Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  4. Add the melted butter into the mashed bananas.
  5. Mix in the baking soda and a pinch of salt until combined.
  6. Add the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy.
  7. Incorporate the all-purpose flour gently until just combined.
  8. Fill the muffin cups about 2/3 full with batter.
  9. Bake for 18-20 minutes, checking doneness with a toothpick.
  10. Cool the muffins in the tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
