Description

An easy and flavorful dish featuring salmon with a sweet and tangy Dijon mustard glaze.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, and lemon juice until smooth.
  4. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the prepared baking dish.
  5. Season the fillets with salt and pepper.
  6. Drizzle half of the marinade over the salmon.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh dill or parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

For deeper flavor, marinate the salmon with the Dijon mixture for 30 minutes before baking. Pair with steamed vegetables or salad.
