White Garlic Pizza Sauce

Description

A creamy and delicious alternative to traditional pizza sauce, perfect for a variety of pizza toppings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves roasted garlic, mashed
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add the mashed roasted garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until smooth.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before using.

Notes

Store any leftover sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 4-5 days. Reheat gently before using.
