Ingredients

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves roasted garlic, mashed
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the mashed roasted garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly before using.
Notes
Store any leftover sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 4-5 days. Reheat gently before using.
