Instructions

- Add buttermilk, vegetable oil, eggs, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract to the dry mixture and beat for 2 minutes until smooth.
- Stir in the boiling water until combined, making the batter fluffy.
- Prepare the cake pans and divide the batter evenly between them.
