Ingredients
1 pre-made pizza dough or homemade dough
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup roasted butternut squash cubes
1/2 cup roasted bell peppers, sliced
1/4 cup caramelized onions
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: fresh basil or arugula for topping
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) and prepare a baking sheet or pizza stone.
2. Roll out pizza dough to desired thickness and place on prepared baking surface.
3. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the sauce.
5. Arrange roasted vegetables and caramelized onions evenly on top.
6. Drizzle with olive oil and season with oregano, salt, and pepper.
7. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
8. Remove from oven, add optional fresh herbs, slice, and serve warm.

You can roast vegetables ahead of time for quicker assembly.
Customize toppings with seasonal favorites like mushrooms or zucchini.
