Description
Tender and flavorful baked lobster tails brushed with a rich garlic butter sauce. An elegant seafood dinner perfect for holidays, date nights, or special occasions.
Ingredients
4 lobster tails (about 5–6 oz each)
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Lemon wedges, for serving
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the center and gently pull the meat out, resting it on top of the shell.
3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Brush lobster meat generously with the garlic butter mixture.
5. Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes, until meat is opaque and cooked through.
6. Serve immediately with extra garlic butter, lemon wedges, and parsley garnish.
Notes
Do not overbake lobster, as it can become tough.
Broil for the last 1–2 minutes for a golden finish.
Pair with steak, pasta, or roasted vegetables for a full meal.
