Description
Crispy golden eggrolls stuffed with creamy cheesecake filling and sweet strawberries, then dusted with sugar for the ultimate indulgent dessert. A fun and irresistible twist on classic cheesecake!
Ingredients
12 egg roll wrappers
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 egg (beaten, for sealing)
Vegetable oil, for frying
Extra powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
2. Fold in diced strawberries and graham cracker crumbs.
3. Lay out an egg roll wrapper, place 2 tbsp of cheesecake filling in the center.
4. Fold sides over, then roll tightly, sealing edges with beaten egg.
5. Heat about 2 inches of oil in a pot to 350°F (175°C).
6. Fry eggrolls in batches for 2–3 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
7. Remove and drain on paper towels, then dust with powdered sugar.
8. Serve warm with chocolate or strawberry sauce for dipping.
Notes
You can use frozen strawberries if fresh aren’t available—just thaw and drain well.
For a baked version, brush eggrolls with melted butter and bake at 400°F for 12–15 minutes.
