Description
This homemade Taco Bell Beefy Melt Burrito is packed with seasoned ground beef, nacho cheese, seasoned rice, and three melty cheeses — all wrapped in a warm flour tortilla for the ultimate comfort food fix.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
2/3 cup water
1 cup cooked seasoned rice
1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 large flour tortillas
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup diced onions
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Add taco seasoning and water, stirring until thickened. Set aside.
3. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft.
4. Spread a spoonful of nacho cheese sauce in the center of each tortilla.
5. Add a layer of seasoned rice, followed by ground beef.
6. Top with shredded cheeses, sour cream, diced tomatoes, and onions.
7. Fold the tortilla tightly into a burrito shape.
8. Toast burritos in a skillet for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
9. Serve warm with extra nacho cheese or salsa on the side.
Notes
For extra heat, add jalapeños or hot sauce.
