- 1/2 cup strawberry Jello mix
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and strawberry Jello mix in another bowl.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just mixed.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries.
- Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto a prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Serve warm or at room temperature, optionally topped with whipped cream.
