  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Steak: Start by cutting your steak into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
  2. Wash the Potatoes: Thoroughly wash the baby potatoes and cut larger ones in halves or quarters.
  3. Mince the Garlic: Finely mince the garlic cloves.
  4. Mix Ingredients in Slow Cooker: Add steak bites, washed potatoes, and minced garlic to the slow cooker.
  5. Add Butter: Melt the unsalted butter and drizzle it over the mixture.
  6. Pour in Broth and Season: Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and black pepper, then stir gently.
  7. Cook: Set the slow cooker to low and cook for 6 to 8 hours.
