A delicious twist on classic deviled eggs, spiced up with Sriracha for a burst of flavor.

- 6 eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 to 2 tablespoons Sriracha
- 1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
- ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- ⅛ teaspoon sugar
- Finely chopped chives for serving
- Paprika for serving
Instructions
- Boil the eggs: Place the 6 eggs in a medium saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 10 minutes. Transfer to cold water to cool.
- Peel and slice the eggs: Gently crack the shells, slice the eggs in half, and remove yolks into a bowl or food processor.
- Mix the filling: In the food processor with yolks, add mayonnaise, Sriracha, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and sugar. Process until smooth, adjusting Sriracha to taste.
- Fill the egg whites: Use a piping bag or plastic bag to fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Garnish and serve: Sprinkle paprika and chives over the filled eggs and serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Notes
Ensure eggs are fresh for best results. Can be made ahead of time and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
