- 4 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon (if using) in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour in the melted butter and milk; stir until just combined.
- Grease a baking dish and pour the batter into it, spreading evenly.
- Layer the sliced bananas on top of the batter.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
