Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon (if using) in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Pour in the melted butter and milk; stir until just combined.
  4. Grease a baking dish and pour the batter into it, spreading evenly.
  5. Layer the sliced bananas on top of the batter.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
