Description

S’mores Roll Ups are a fun twist on the classic campfire treat, combining chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers wrapped in a warm tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 4 tortillas
  • 2 chocolate bars
  • 1 cup marshmallows
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. Place a few pieces of chocolate and some marshmallows in the center.
  3. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the chocolate and marshmallows.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling.
  5. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Place the roll up seam-side down in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Flip and cook the other side.
  8. Remove from skillet, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

Best served warm with a drizzle of chocolate sauce or powdered sugar. Can be paired with whipped cream or ice cream.
