- 3 medium red potatoes, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 cup onions, caramelized
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- ½ cup sliced pickles (optional)
- 1 cup shredded lettuce (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Potatoes: Toss the diced red potatoes with olive oil, salt, and black pepper and preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Air fry potatoes for 16-18 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Caramelize the Onions: Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook sliced onions for 10-15 minutes until soft and caramelized.
- Cook the Beef: In the same skillet, raise heat to medium-high, add ground beef and season. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Make the Sauce: Whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, and Cajun seasoning in a small bowl.
- Assemble the Bowl: Start with a layer of crispy potatoes, add cooked beef, caramelized onions, shredded cheese, and drizzle with sauce. Add optional toppings if desired.
- Serve: Present in a deep bowl and enjoy this satisfying meal.
