Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker in a single layer.
- In a separate bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, chicken gravy mix, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; stir until well mixed.
- Pour the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, use two forks to shred the chicken in the slow cooker and stir into the gravy until blended.
- Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or biscuits, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
