  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Once the pasta is al dente, drain it and set it aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sauté the minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant and golden.
  4. Cook the shrimp for about 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add the sliced bell pepper, halved cherry tomatoes, zucchini, and broccoli florets, sautéing for about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Season the mixture generously with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Combine the cooked pasta and mix everything well to coat with olive oil and seasoning.
  8. Serve the Shrimp Primavera Pasta with grated Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh parsley.
