Description

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare a large sheet pan and arrange the salmon fillets in the center, surrounded by the vegetables.

  4. Toss the vegetables to coat them in the sauce mixture.
