- 2 tbsp seasoning mix (Paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped for garnish)
Instructions
- Warm a large skillet over medium heat and add the softened butter. Melt it while stirring occasionally until it starts bubbling.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the onions are soft and translucent.
- Once the onions and garlic are ready, add the diced chicken to the skillet. Cook for 6-8 minutes until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the chicken. Stir well to coat the chicken evenly with the seasoning.
- Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir everything to combine, and bring it to a simmer. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- After thickening, remove the skillet from heat. Sprinkle fresh parsley on top before serving.
Notes
Use fresh ingredients for better flavor. You can substitute chicken breast with thighs for a juicier option. Adjust spice levels as per your preference.
