Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Grease a muffin tin generously with olive oil.
  3. Mix dry ingredients: combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add wet ingredients: mix in olive oil, water, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary.
  5. Fill the muffin tin, dividing dough evenly among cups, filling two-thirds full.
  6. Top with coarse sea salt on each muffin.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool the muffins slightly in the tin before transferring to a wire rack.
  9. Serve warm or at room temperature.
