Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Grease a muffin tin generously with olive oil.
- Mix dry ingredients: combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Add wet ingredients: mix in olive oil, water, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary.
- Fill the muffin tin, dividing dough evenly among cups, filling two-thirds full.
- Top with coarse sea salt on each muffin.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool the muffins slightly in the tin before transferring to a wire rack.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days, or refrigerate for up to a week. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
