- 4 cups rhubarb, chopped
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the chopped rhubarb and granulated sugar in a large bowl.
- Spread the sugar-coated rhubarb into a baking dish.
- Mix the flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl.
- Pour the melted butter into the dry mixture and stir until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the crumb topping over the rhubarb in the baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
- Cool slightly before serving warm.
