Description
Refreshing, naturally sweet cherry popsicles made with real fruit – a healthy summer treat perfect for kids and adults.
Ingredients
2 cups fresh or frozen cherries, pitted
1/2 cup water
2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
1 tsp lemon juice
Optional: fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
1. In a blender, combine cherries, water, honey, and lemon juice.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
4. Pour mixture into popsicle molds.
5. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours, or until completely frozen.
6. To remove popsicles, briefly run warm water over the outside of the molds.
7. Serve immediately and garnish with mint leaves if desired.
Notes
For a creamier version, add 1/2 cup Greek yogurt before blending.
You can mix in whole cherries or berries for added texture.
Store popsicles in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month.
