Description

A quick and delicious salmon dish infused with lemon and fresh basil, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup Fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Place the salmon fillets on the lined baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle the lemon mixture over the salmon.
  6. Sprinkle fresh basil leaves on top of each fillet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Serve hot with your choice of sides.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the salmon in the lemon mixture for 30 minutes before baking.
