A quick and delicious salmon dish infused with lemon and fresh basil, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients

- 4 Salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup Fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the salmon fillets on the lined baking sheet.
- Drizzle the lemon mixture over the salmon.
- Sprinkle fresh basil leaves on top of each fillet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the salmon in the lemon mixture for 30 minutes before baking.
