Description
Soft, fluffy Pillsbury biscuits stuffed with gooey melted cheese, brushed with garlic butter, and baked to golden perfection. These garlic butter cheese bombs are the ultimate comfort food appetizer or snack!
Ingredients
1 can Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits (8-count)
8 mozzarella cheese cubes (about 1-inch each)
3 tbsp butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Flatten each biscuit slightly and place one cheese cube in the center.
3. Fold dough around the cheese and pinch to seal, shaping into a ball.
4. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
5. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, and salt.
6. Brush biscuits with garlic butter mixture.
7. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown and cheese is melted inside.
8. Brush with extra garlic butter before serving, if desired.
Notes
Best served warm right out of the oven.
