Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Yogurt
  • 9/16 cup Water

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the egg whites, protein powder, baking powder, flour, salt, and sweetener in a large bowl.
  2. Add the vanilla extract, oil, yogurt, and water to the dry mix and whisk until smooth.
  3. Preheat your waffle maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  4. Pour the batter into the waffle maker and cook until golden brown, about 3 to 5 minutes.
