- 4 chicken thighs or breasts
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 2 cups chicken broth

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe pan over medium heat.
- Cook the minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the chicken thighs or breasts to the pan and season with salt and pepper.
- Brown the chicken for 5-7 minutes on both sides.
- Stir in the orzo pasta and pour in the chicken broth.
- Add the lemon juice and zest, stirring to combine.
- Simmer gently for 2-3 minutes on the stovetop.
- Transfer the pan to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes, and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
