- 2 to 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg, beaten

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare a muffin tin by greasing it to prevent sticking.
- Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl until smooth.
- Add the melted butter to the mashed bananas and mix well.
- Combine the baking soda and salt into the mixture.
- Mix in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Incorporate the flour, stirring until just combined.
- Fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full with batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the tin for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
