- 1 cup melted butter
- 1 cup sugar

- 2 eggs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl, mixing well.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Whisk together sugar, lemon juice, eggs, lemon zest, and baking powder in another bowl until smooth.
- Pour the lemon filling over the crust in the baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the filling is set but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Cool completely in the dish before cutting.
- Dust each piece with powdered sugar before serving.
