  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 lemon (juice and zest)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the marinade by mixing together the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, dried thyme, and lemon juice and zest in a medium bowl.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts thoroughly with the marinade.
  4. Bake the coated chicken breasts in a baking dish for 25-30 minutes, checking that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Let the chicken rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
  6. Serve as desired.

Notes

For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken for a few hours or overnight. Ensure to use a meat thermometer for perfect cooking.
