Description

A vibrant and fresh Italian Pasta Salad, perfect as a side dish for gatherings or as a light main dish.


Ingredients

  • Pasta
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Black olives
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Pepperoni slices
  • Red onion
  • Bell peppers
  • Italian dressing
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Stir occasionally, and once it is al dente, drain and let cool.
  2. Prepare the vegetables by chopping the cherry tomatoes, black olives, mozzarella cheese, sliced pepperoni, red onion, and bell peppers into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Combine the cooled pasta with the chopped vegetables in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add Italian dressing over the salad and toss until well-coated.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste, mixing again.
  6. Chill for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator for flavors to meld.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil leaves just before serving and enjoy!
