Ingredients
- Pasta
- Cherry tomatoes
- Black olives
- Mozzarella cheese
- Pepperoni slices
- Red onion
- Bell peppers
- Italian dressing
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Fresh basil
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Stir occasionally, and once it is al dente, drain and let cool.
- Prepare the vegetables by chopping the cherry tomatoes, black olives, mozzarella cheese, sliced pepperoni, red onion, and bell peppers into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine the cooled pasta with the chopped vegetables in a large mixing bowl.
- Add Italian dressing over the salad and toss until well-coated.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste, mixing again.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator for flavors to meld.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves just before serving and enjoy!
