- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- Fresh mint leaves (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Mix the cheeses: In a medium mixing bowl, blend 1 cup of ricotta cheese and 4 oz of softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add flavor: Fold in 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, and 1 tbsp honey. Stir until combined.
- Prepare the tortillas: Lay out 4 large tortillas and scoop a generous amount of the cheese mixture onto each.
- Add cherry filling: Spoon cherry pie filling on top of the cheese mixture on each tortilla.
- Roll the wraps: Carefully roll each tortilla tightly, starting from one edge.
- Cook the wraps: Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the wrapped tortillas seam-side down. Cook for about 2-3 minutes.
- Flip and finish cooking: Carefully flip the wraps and cook until golden brown.
- Garnish and serve: Dust the tops with powdered sugar and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
