A quick and stunning dessert featuring the rich flavors of cheesecake and strawberries in a simple dump cake.

- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 1 package cake mix (yellow or white)
- 2 cans strawberry pie filling (21 ounces each)
- 8 oz cream cheese (sliced thin)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare a 9×13 baking dish by lightly spraying it with non-stick cooking spray.
- Melt the butter in a medium bowl until fully liquid.
- Mix the dry cake mix with melted butter until crumbly.
- Layer the strawberry pie filling evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Add the thin slices of cream cheese on top of the strawberry filling.
- Top with the crumbly cake mixture, covering the cream cheese well.
- Bake for about 30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Cool for about 5 minutes before serving warm.
Notes
Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for added flavor. Can also top with fresh strawberries or chocolate syrup.
