  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup whole milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
  2. Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then pour in the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and kosher salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the whole milk until just combined.
  6. Fold in the rainbow sprinkles gently.
