Description

Ingredients

1 prepared pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)

1/2 cup pizza sauce

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.

2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.

3. Transfer the dough to parchment paper and brush lightly with olive oil.

4. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a border for the crust.

5. Sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar, and parmesan cheese evenly on top.

6. Season with oregano and garlic powder.

7. Carefully transfer pizza (with parchment) onto the hot stone or baking sheet.

8. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.

9. Remove from oven, garnish with fresh basil, slice, and serve hot.

Notes

For extra cheesy flavor, add a blend of provolone or fontina.

Try a stuffed crust by folding mozzarella sticks into the dough edges.
