- 1 cup salsa verde
- 1 cup Pepper Jack cheese, shredded

Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Combine the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the olive oil mixture.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Pour salsa verde over the chicken in the last 2 minutes and top with Pepper Jack cheese.
- Remove from grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with cilantro before serving.
