Description
Chewy, gooey s’mores bars with layers of graham crackers, melty chocolate, and toasted marshmallows – the perfect campfire-inspired dessert made in the oven.
Ingredients
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 cups milk chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate bars)
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup marshmallow fluff (optional, for extra gooeyness)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until crumbly.
3. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
4. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the crust.
5. Top with mini marshmallows and dollops of marshmallow fluff if using.
6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until chocolate is melty and marshmallows are golden brown.
7. Cool slightly, then slice into bars and serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
For easier slicing, let bars cool completely before cutting.
Add peanut butter cups or caramel bits for a fun twist.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
