These Garlic Soy Grilled Steak Kebabs are a high-protein, flavor-packed summer dish. Tender marinated steak cubes are skewered with colorful vegetables and grilled to perfection — perfect for BBQs or a quick weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

1 tsp ground black pepper

1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks

1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks

1 red onion, cut into chunks

Wooden or metal skewers

Optional garnish: chopped parsley or sesame seeds


Instructions

1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, honey, and black pepper.

2. Add steak cubes and toss to coat evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.

3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

4. Thread marinated steak and vegetables alternately onto skewers.

5. Grill kebabs for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until steak reaches desired doneness and vegetables are slightly charred.

6. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.

7. Garnish with chopped parsley or sesame seeds and serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate overnight.

You can use your favorite vegetables like zucchini or cherry tomatoes.

Serve with rice, quinoa, or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
