- 1 large Baguette (sliced)
- 1/2 cup Butter (softened)
- 4 Garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup Fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 cup Seafood mix (a blend of shrimp, scallops, and crab)
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Blend the softened butter, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Coat each slice of baguette with the garlic butter mixture.
- Top the buttered baguette slices with the seafood mix.
- Drizzle lemon juice over the seafood-topped baguette and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
