Ingredients

  • 1 large Baguette (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup Butter (softened)
  • 4 Garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 cup Seafood mix (a blend of shrimp, scallops, and crab)
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Blend the softened butter, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Coat each slice of baguette with the garlic butter mixture.
  4. Top the buttered baguette slices with the seafood mix.
  5. Drizzle lemon juice over the seafood-topped baguette and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
